With all the amazing success we have experienced with our church and ministry throughout the years, I am excited about this next level of executive pastoral training that I have planned for May of 2014. This time of fast tracked extensive learning is called HVBI Pastoral Executive Administrative Skills Institute! This is unique training for an exclusive group of Pastors to provide executive skills training and ministry skills development in a fast paced environment.
The Spirit of God has dropped into my heart to accomplish this in a diverse forum of classroom, ministry lab and mentoring interaction. I have set aside one week for this powerful but exclusive ministry with limited enrollment for this Pastoral Executive Administrative Skills Institute!

Pastor, I know that this is not for everyone, but for those who know this is a divine appointment! There is a substantial investment required for this institute which reflects the important quality of time and impartation! We have arranged special rates with area hotels and you will be responsible for your transportation to and from the training sites.
There is limited enrollment, so reserve your space right away. I am intentionally limiting the class size so that I can provide the quality time necessary to maximize these 8 intensive days we will spend with each other!
The Pastoral Executive Training Institute Daily Schedule
The institute forum begins daily at 9:00 AM for the first executive emphasis which will last until 1:00 PM. We will then all break for lunch which will be served each day in the banquet ballroom. Following lunch, at about 2:00 PM, we will assemble again for the next set of executive emphasis which will last until 5:00PM. The institute daily session will end at 5:00 PM. On Wednesday, at 7:30 PM, we will gather for Wednesday Bible Study which will end at 9:00 PM - this is required for completion of the institute course. The Institute is designed with a ministry laboratory time where you will have hands on participation. It is extremely important to me that you leave this time of training with functional executive skills and these labs are the most effective way to accomplish this end.
